BLUF. Today (2026-05-10) we ran FDRP recursively on its own
public-facing surfaces. Run #1033 shipped 21 work items
in about three hours (10:42 → 12:57 UTC; fdrp_evolution_log
entries 738–757, plus a SEED→ACTIVE register at 10:26).
This post documents what landed, what we caught, and what the cross-model gate proved operationally.
The directive
The instruction was narrow and load-bearing: refresh all pages on
fdrp.liviu.ai, make the site relevant to the current moment, and
provide both an overview and detailed views for every theme.
Mid-flight a scope correction landed: only the public FDRP vhost — not the other
twenty-odd subdomains, not internal artifacts. One thing well, not seventeen things partially.
That constraint made FDRP-on-FDRP tractable. The narrative-prove-the-thesis surface is
fdrp.liviu.ai; the rest serves different audiences and gets its own waves later.
The pattern that emerged
The cycle stabilised on a five-step rhythm: build → audit → remediate → re-verify → gate-promote.
- Build — a low-risk content batch lands under BIND-043 (auto-apply, reversible).
- Audit — a cumulative coherence audit reads the diff and the live state together, and rules HALT if any new claim contradicts the others or the underlying data.
- Remediate — every HALT is either fixed or the page is rolled back. No partial advances.
- Re-verify — the next audit subsumes the previous one (cumulative, not delta-only).
- Gate-promote — only after a clean audit does the next MEDIUM-risk page enter PEAR.
The cycle is the contribution, not any single page. The site's coherence holds because it had to pass twice through an independent reader before any new MEDIUM-tier page promoted.

Two cumulative coherence audits
Audits D and F caught 7 + 9 = 16 incoherences before any MEDIUM-tier page was allowed to promote.
Two remediations — 7/7 and 9/9 PASS
Both perfect (evo_log 745 and 754). The sequencing matters: the first remediation
gated W-06 (paper-addendum) and W-10 (R20-deep-dive); the second gated the dashboard cluster
(W-DASH-3 and W-DASH-LAYERS-FRACTAL).

Paper addendum, case-currency, chrome-fix, chip-resync
- Paper addendum (750):
/paper/current-addendum.html— companion to v21.0, bridging the v20.0 publication on 2026-04-02 to the 2026-05-10 substrate landings (R10, R11, R20-R23, MLM Phase 1, run #1033). - Case-currency (749, 751, 752): nine case detail pages refreshed across three batches. Notably, the antimatter page had its R8 status corrected against MySQL — the prior narrative was 50 days stale.
- Chrome-fix (746): the audit flagged "missing nav/footer scripts" on nine case pages. The fast-follow verification pass found one actually-broken file (cern, replaced
site-nav.js+site-footer.jswith the unifiednav.js) and eight false-positives. All nine BIND-051 verify-rendered PASS. - Chip-resync (756): structural fix to
_header.htmlpropagated three new dashboard chips across all 17 dashboard pages. Caught seven pages that were rendering stale headers despite recent edits.
Cross-model gate value (operational metric)
This is the part worth telling.
16+ incoherences caught across two audits; zero false-CLEAN claims across the same two passes. The cumulative audit pattern (each audit reads the current live state, not just the diff) is what produced this. A delta-only audit would have missed the R20 substrate-count contradiction, the LOC math error, and the cyber-defence "live + stale" mix-up.
GPT-5.5 quota hit twice (10:09 UTC and 10:43 UTC; reset 13:30 UTC).
Opus-fallback engaged both times under BIND-064. The G-batch (3 framework-explainer dashboards)
ran cleanly on Opus-alone — correctly judged "framework scope, Opus sufficient". The
H-batch (layers, fractal, live) split: layers
and fractal APPROVED-WITH-AMENDMENTS on Opus-alone (row-count gate, known-pattern
grammar), while live.html was DEFERRED because the SSE-broker daemon and
live_events table do not exist. The fallback path made a
calibrated decline-of-DEFER — refusing to wait 2h 47m for
GPT-5.5 reset on the two pages that did not genuinely need cross-model adjudication.
Constitution P9 (diverse expert-framed scrutiny) is operationally proven, not aspirational. The audits were independent reads, not rubber-stamps; the HALT verdicts were explicit; the remediations were measured, not asserted.
What we learned that is worth telling
- Truth-measured banner. Empty dashboards must not claim live data. The
live.htmldeferral is the canonical example: until the substrate exists, the page does not exist. - Build-order discipline. W-10 (R20-deep-dive) had to ship before W-06 (paper-addendum) could link to it. PEAR caught the dependency. The naive build order would have produced an addendum referencing a 404.
- Brief-error correction pattern. PEAR caught two router-level claims in the original briefing: "
auto_org_eventsdoesn't exist" — actually 16 rows (allAUTO_NEW_SKILL, alloutcome=pending); and "8 case pages have broken nav" — actually 1, with 8 false-positives. In both cases the brief was a defensible router-level reading; the cross-model audit was the cheap layer that resolved the truth. - Pause-cadence is overcautious. AFK does not equal slow. When dispatches are non-conflicting (different files, different scopes), eager dispatch beats serial single-stepping.
What is still pending
live.htmlDEFERRED. SSE-broker daemon andlive_eventstable do not exist. Re-PEAR when the substrate lands; GPT-5.5 should adjudicate the visualization-grammar choice.- Business-KPIs hybrid sections wait on R5

The point is: the refinement process refined its own narrative, the cross-model gate caught what the brief got wrong, and the site that explains FDRP now does so against measurable current-moment evidence rather than against the narrative we wished were true.
