2026-04-27. Every page across all liviu.ai / loftrek.ro / fraktiq subdomains is now tracked in web_page_inventory with a Sugiyama layer (1 canonical, 2 derived, 3 referencing, 4 outbound). Pages stale >7 days enter web_page_review_queue automatically. Updates cascade through dependency edges and synchronise via sugiyama_sync_barrier.

Substrate: 4 tables + 3 views + 3 daemons. Initial seed: 48 pages indexed across 18 vhosts; 34 stale at audit time. Composes R7 (inventory), R10 (multi-account orch), R11 (bidirectional mirror), R12/R13 (design).
